Domestic Shipping:
We currently use the United States Postal Service (USPS) to ship our products. This includes, First Class, Priority and Media Mail*. All of your shipments are tracked; we will send you tracking information via email within 1 business day of your shipment.
*Please note that USPS Media Mail is a cheaper shipping option that takes 1-14 days for your order to arrive. Due to the time spent in transit, there is a higher risk for your order to be damaged and/or delayed. Please note, Media shipments will not be considered damaged unless the playability of the content is flawed. This means that refunds will not be given for minor dents, seem splits, or corner damages. Please purchase with caution, for we are not responsible for what happens once it enters the mail stream.
International Shipping:
We use two international options for First Class shipping (under 4lbs):
- USPS First Class- please note these shipments cannot be tracked.
- For select countries we offer an ePacket option, this service does offer tracking.
Please note that on average it takes 3-5 weeks for international shipments to arrive via First Class & ePacket services. We ask that you plan accordingly for holidays and high volume times.

If your order is over 4lbs. they will be shipped Priority Mail, which does include tracking services. We also offer DHL & UPS shipping options so you can rate shop. Again, please allow up to three weeks for your package to be delivered.
We will send you your tracking information via email within 1 business day of shipment.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS NOTE: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Packages which are returned to us because they are deemed ‘undeliverable’ by the shipping service selected at checkout will be refunded immediately. Because of this we ask that you review your submitted shipping address before completing your purchase.
